IFF recommends to all of our clients to always cover marine - and warehouse insurance with their own insurance carriers. If your insurance carrier does not cover the marine/storage risk under your insurance umbrella, then please instruct IFF in writing to arrange for marine and warehouse insurance coverage.

In general , most marine insurance carriers include intermediate storage of a total of 30 days in the door to door transportation time.

IFF recommends that any warehouse insurance above 30 days intermediate storage must be covered seperately either through your own insurance carrier or by instructing IFF to arrange also for the extra warehouse coverage.
